when I contacted Kane Empires, my Property to Let needed refurbishing. Louise supplied me with a list of contractors, I could use, as well as my own. Dean offered to oversee the work, at a reasonable rate, but after they supplied great contractors, managing the project, was not a problem. Dean and Louise were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They found me really good tenants. I was amazed, how they would go the extra mile, with a smile every time. Now, I would not want my property managed by anyone else.The paperwork they sent me, with the contract, inventory, deposit and agreements, was very professionally put in a file binder, to keep everything together. I had the property managed by a different letting agent before, but I never got this kind of service. Plus Kane Empires charges a lot less than other letting agents. I feel so lucky, having found Kane and Louise. Long may our cooperation continue.

I am very pleased with all of the services and help i am getting from Kane Empires. My tenant went into arrears of 3 years, refusing to pay me and claiming squatters rights.
